John 19:17-37 | It Is Finished!

On Palm Sunday, we look to the cross and hear Jesus’ final cry: “It is finished.” In John 19:17–37, every detail reminds us that His death was not random or tragic—it was God’s plan all along. Every prophecy fulfilled, every word spoken, every action taken was pointing to this moment.

When Jesus declared, “It is finished,” He meant the work of salvation was complete. The debt of sin was paid in full. Nothing left undone. Nothing left for us to earn. Only to believe.

This message in our Greater Love series will draw us to the heart of the gospel and remind us that the cross is not the end of the story—but the victory of Christ.
